JOE Biden creeped out fans on Sunday after kissing his teenage granddaughter on the lips during his speech at a campaign event in Iowa.
The presidential nominee was branded "creepy" after he held hands with his granddaughter, Finnegan Biden, and kissed her in front of the crowd of supporters.

The arrived at the campaign event at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa hand-in-hand with the 19-year-old.
The teen, who is the daughter of Biden’s son Hunter, stood next to her grandfather as he hugged members of the crowd.
At one point the nominee could be seen kissing a toddler’s hand while walking through the crowd.
Several people took to Twitter to air their disgust at the politician.
Chris Oliver wrote: “Watch Joe Biden kiss his granddaughter, that’s creepy.”
Another Twitter user said: “Find you a man who kissed you like Joe Biden kisses his granddaughter.”
Beth Bourdon joked: “I would like a man to kiss me the way Joe Biden kisses his granddaughter.”

Biden has experienced some in the past for being too “handsy”.
Lucy Flores, a former Nevada state legislator, described how at a 2014 campaign event, he came up behind her, touched her shoulders and kissed the back of her neck.
Former congressional aide, Amy Lappos recalls rubbing noses with the ex-Vice President at a 2009 fundraiser.
Similarly to the incident with Flores, Lappos said the incident “wasn’t sexual” but that there’s “absolutely a line of decency” and “a line of respect” that Biden crossed.
In 2015, New York Magazine did a slideshow titled: “9 Times Joe Biden Creepily Whispered in Women’s Ears.”

The collection of images show moments dating back as far as 2000 of Biden’s behavior.
Last April, Biden was engulfed by “touching” complaints after he made a strange gag about having “permission” to hug a boy on stage.
At an event addressing electrical workers union members in Washington, the politician invited a group of kids on stage and placed his arm around one lad saying: “By the way, he gave me permission to touch him.”
Despite his behavior polls show that Biden is in a tight race in Iowa with Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren as well as former Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
