Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘madam’ Ghislaine Maxwell slapped with sex assault court papers by EMAIL after ‘vanishing’
GHISLAINE Maxwell has been served with a new lawsuit by EMAIL because accusers have not been able to track her down.
The former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein has "disappeared off the face of the earth" since the paedo financier's death last year.
Maxwell, 58, has been accused of procuring young girls for Epstein and is the focus of an FBI investigation, but her location remains a mystery since the disgraced financier was found dead in his New York jail cell.
Judge Debra Freeman took a rare step in a federal Manhattan court by allowing Annie Farmer to email the complaint, which was filed in November,
Farmer, 40, accused Maxwell to trafficking her from Arizona to Epstein's New Mexico ranching in 1996 where she claims she was sexually assaulted by Maxwell.
She also Maxwell pressured her to get naked and then "touched intimate parts" of Farmer’s body and "groped her", according to court documents.
Her lawyers complained in the New York court that they had been trying to serve Maxwell papers but have been unable to find her.
A legal source close to the case told : "Maxwell appears to have disappeared off the face of the earth.
"She has proven impossible to find, which is extraordinary in this day and age when everyone has a cellphone. Justice will prevail and we will have our day in court."
'CAN'T DODGE THE LAW'
Freeman ordered Maxwell to be served by email and through attorneys representing her in the lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts.
Roberts, now 36, claims she was trafficked to the London by Maxwell and forced to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17.
Maxwell and the Duke of York have has always denied the allegations against them.
Farmer's lawyers have said Maxwell is actively participating Robert's defamation case in the same court.
Her lawyers told the New York Post that Maxwell shouldn't be able to "dodge the law".
Freeman said Farmer had "attempted to locate and personally serve Maxwell to no avail".
She said: "Her counsel has conducted extensive public records searches and located various addresses for Maxwell."
The judge added Farmer had "adequately demonstrated that personal service would be impracticable".
Maxwell has until March 6 to respond or a default judgement will be placed against her.

The daughter of the disgraced media mogul Robert Maxwell is also facing at least one other civil suit in federal court in Manhattan.
Maxwell not been found since Epstein was found dead in his jail cell aged 66 in August 2019.
Epstein was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
