Pervert who arranged sex meet with child but was confronted by vigilantes flees court
Police launch search for missing Abdullah Hardari-Moqadam after he was tricked by Dark Justice crime fighters into thinking he was meeting a 13-year-old-girl
A PAEDOPHILE who was filmed arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex has gone on the run, sparking a police hunt.
Abdullah Hardari-Moqadam thought he was waiting for an innocent school girl he had groomed online when he was confronted by vigilante group Dark Justice.
The anonymous paedo hunters, who are based in Newcastle, pose as underage girls in chat rooms and trap predators.
Their video caught the moment the perv realised he had been tricked and was handed over to the police.
The 25-year-old was on bail, was arrested and admitted attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.
He was released on police bail and was due at Newcastle Crown Court to be sentenced yesterday.
When he failed to turn up and Judge Robert Adams issued a warrant for his arrest.
His lawyer John Wilkinson told the court Hardari-Moqadam had been written to with details of the hearing but had not shown up.
Hardari-Modadam had been exchanging explicit messages with the youngster, who he believed was a 13-year-old schoolgirl, and detailed in graphic terms what he would like to do to her.
He travelled from his home in Stockton to meet the girl in central Newcastle.
Dark Justice have so far seen 19 potential paedophiles convicted by the courts as a result of their crime fighting exploits.
The group, who have never revealed their identities, appeared anonymously on ITV This Morning and have spoken to Jeremy Kyle.
They have 60,000 followers on Facebook and Twitter.
