Terrifying footage shows fight on London bus after black passenger accuses white man of racism
THIS horrifying footage reveals a brutal and prolonged fight between a black man and a white passenger accused of racism on a London bus.
The fight reportedly began after the white man was racist to the black passenger.
The video starts with the white man sprawled on the floor, pleading with the black man to let go of his legs.
The white man continues to kick out and calls the black man a "f****** c***." The black passenger waggles his finger and says: "You're not going anywhere."
The two hurl more obscenities and eventually the white man gets to his feet.
The two wrestle around the bus, throttling each other’s throats and continually shouting.
During this struggle, the white man repeatedly denies accusations of racism and shouts in the black passenger's face.
Another black passenger intervenes and insults the white man, saying: “You were racist, everyone heard you. You’re lucky there’s cameras; I’d smash your face.”
Terrified passengers whimper in the background, pleading with the two men to break up the fight.
The video was apparently taken on the 52 bus, which goes between Victoria and Brent, sometime in 2014, but has now resurfaced online.
In a desperate and bizarre attempt to prove he is not racist, the white passenger then claims he is “from Africa” and asks the men to check his bag.
While the white man's face pressed up against the glass, the second black passenger adds: “You’re lucky I don’t backhand your face, I would knock you out.”
One woman pleads: “We’ve got kids to go home to” but is told to shut up.
After more grappling and heated insults, the other black passenger intervenes and finally breaks the pathetic fight up.
Afterwards, he tells the white passenger: “You shouldn’t be racist, buddy.”
The white man then begins a shouting match with a white female passenger. She accuses him of racism and antagonising the black passenger.
In response, he continually shouts “Inappropriate racialisation” and claims the other passenger started it.
Another bystander passes the white man his wallet, who looks inside before saying: “Look at that – thief.”
He repeatedly tells the woman that she “got up in his face” before saying “Fuck you.”
By this point, most people have left the vehicle but he stubbornly remains on.
