Her desperate father gave her the kiss of life at their home in Merthyr Tydfil but his daughter died in hospital two days later.

Speaking at his daughter's inquest in Aberdare, Wales, her heartbroken dad Kevin Hughes said: "She was sweating and she said: "My head's bursting.

"I asked her if she's taken anything and she said meow meow.
"She said 'I'm sorry Dad, I'll never take it again. Look after my boys, I think I'm dying'."

Her parents also told the inquest how Ms Hughes had gained some extra weight after having sons Harvey, three, and Alfie, 18 months.

The mum-of-two collapsed and suffered two heart attacks after telling her father "My head's bursting"

On the night she picked up the meow meow she had gone out to pick up a Chinese meal for her parents but refused to eat any of it herself.
She popped out shortly before 10pm on October 30 last year telling her dad she was going to get cigarettes.

Whilst out she met Cross at a petrol station and picked up the drugs.
Mephedrone reduces a person's appetite meaning regular users can experience dramatic weight loss.
Glamorgan Valleys Coroner Andrew Barclay has earlier recorded a narrative verdict that Kirsty's death was drug-related.
