HUNGER STRIKE SHAM

Notorious Moors Murderer Ian Brady’s long-running ‘hunger strike’ exposed as a total SHAM

The serial child killer 'scoffs three meals a day ' in the privacy of his room

MOORS murderer Ian Brady's long-running hunger strike has today been exposed as a total sham.

Prison insiders claim the evil serial killer has been secretly bingeing on up to three meals a day.

Brady reportedly removes his nasal feeding tube to tuck into sandwiches and chips in the privacy of his room.

Brady is said to remove his nasal tube to eat. Cheese on toast is said to be a favourite

The 78-year-old has been on a 'hunger strike' for 17 years and claims he wants to be allowed to die.

A medical tribunal three years ago heard he sometimes ate one daily meal a day – toast for breakfast.

But now the Mirror online reveals he's got his appetitie back at top-security Ashworth secure hospital in Liverpool.

The source claimed: “Brady pulls the tube out and lets it hang down while he eats.

"He often eats three meals a day.

"He just wants people to think he is on hunger strike.”

The killer is said to particularly enjoy cheese on toast.

At the 2013 tribunal he unsuccessfully argued he was not a paranoid schizophrenic.

He said he had a “right to die” and wanted to be moved to a normal jail so he could starve himself to death.

But during the hearing it was revealed nurses brought hot water to his room so he could make packet soup.

Brady spent the week-long hearing protesting against being detained at Ashworth.

A spokesman for the NHS trust which runs Ashworth said: “We cannot discuss individual patients.”

The Moors Murderers

Ian Brady and lover Myra Hindley were jailed for life in 1966 for abducting, torturing and killing five youngsters before burying four of them on Saddleworth Moor near Manchester.
Between July 1963 and October 1965 the depraved pair killed Pauline Reade, 16, John Kilbride, 12, Keith Bennett, 12, Lesley Ann Downey, 10, and Edward Evans, 17.
The bodies of Pauline, John and Lesley Ann were recovered from the moor but Keith’s has never been found. Hindley, 60, died in 2002.
