VIRGIN tycoon Richard Branson catches one of his staff sleeping on the job - then poses for a pic with him.

The billionaire snuck up on the unsuspecting member of cabin crew as he had a nap on a couch in the airline’s Sydney, Australia office.

The 65-year-old told how after crouching down for a quick snap he gave the worker a shock by waking him up.

He said: “I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to.

“This guy wasn't up to much at all – I caught him sleeping on the job!

“Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up.
