Prince Harry says rest would be the perfect 90th birthday present for Her Maj
Queen shows no sign of slowing down at thanksgiving service to mark her official birthday on the same day Philip turns 95

PRINCE Harry yesterday claimed his gran’s perfect 90th birthday gift would be a day off.
But the Queen showed no signs of slowing down at a service of thanksgiving to mark her official birthday.
After the gathering at St Paul’s Cathedral, 31-year-old Harry told Grenada High Commissioner Karl Hood his thoughts on the ideal gift.
Mr Hood revealed: “He said the best present would be to have a day off, so she could lie about and do nothing.”

Janet Charles, acting High Commissioner for Dominica, added: “He said she should be putting her feet up but wanted to be here for the people.
“He said he hopes for many more years of that to come.”
More than 50 members of the Royal Family were present, including the Duke of Edinburgh, who was 95 yesterday.
Prince Charles, wife Camilla and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were also there.
Kate, 34, just avoided getting her heel caught in an ornate grate after a last-minute warning from Harry.
Other guests included David Cameron and wife Sam, Chancellor George Osborne and new London mayor Sadiq Khan.
Sir David Attenborough, who was also 90 this year, and presenter Clare Balding both delighted the Queen with readings.
Her Majesty shone in a yellow outfit and hat and a diamond brooch given to her gran Mary as a wedding gift in 1893.
The service was followed by a reception at London’s Guildhall where Kate told one guest that daughter Charlotte, one, has “a feisty side”.
The Queen’s lady-in-waiting Susan Hussey said the service reflected the importance of religion in the Queen’s life.
She said: “She was literally saying thank you to God.”
The service was the opener for four days of celebrations:
TODAY: Trooping the Colour at Horse Guards Parade and a Royal Air Force fly-past over Buckingham Palace.
TOMORROW: The Patron’s Lunch — a street party for 10,000 people on The Mall.
MONDAY: The Garter Service, with Knights of the Garter walking through Windsor Castle in velvet robes and black velvet hats with white plumes.
Jez pockets more flak

JEREMY Corbyn sang the national anthem at the Queen’s birthday service — with his hand in his pocket.
The Labour leader sparked fury last year when he failed to sing God Save the Queen at a Battle of Britain memorial service.
The republican did at least show up for yesterday’s celebration of the monarch’s life.
But our snap, right, will further anger critics.
Mr Corbyn once backed a Commons Bill by the late Tony Benn that tried to replace the Queen with a President.
Sleeveless Sam slam
SAMANTHA Cameron faced a public backlash by going sleeveless to the Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations.
Angry Marcus Stead tweeted: “It’s rude to have your shoulders uncovered in church.” Sam, 45, held hands with hubby PM David arriving at St Paul’s.
