American Airlines flight from London to Chicago declares emergency
THE dream liner declared an emergency shortly after take-off from London Heathrow just after midday
A FLIGHT travelling from London Heathrow to Chicago has declared an emergency.
The plane was travelling over Wales when it announced the incident and turned back towards the capital.

American Airlines flight AA87 took off at 12.21 and turned back just 20 minutes later.
It is now headed to London Heathrow to make an unexpected landing.
The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner is currently holding at 10,000ft and dumping fuel.
It reportedly suffered a mechanical issue and was forced to return.
