Three Lions’ newest goal-scoring hero Vardy delays honeymoon until next year
Leicester City ace and wife will have to wait for romantic getaway as England football duty comes first

JAMIE Vardy has put off his honeymoon till next year to focus on firing England to Euro 2016 glory.
The Three Lions goal machine had already brought forward his wedding to avoid a clash with the tournament, tying the knot with wife Becky in May.
And yesterday he revealed he has relegated his 34-year-old missus to the subs’ bench again by postponing their exotic post-marriage break.
Leicester City idol Jamie, 29, originally planned to wed this month, but faced a dilemma after breaking into the national squad.
Coach Roy Hodgson allowed him time off international training to get married on May 25 and the striker sat out a warm-up match against Australia two days later.
But now football comes first after Jamie climbed off the bench to grab a vital equaliser in England’s 2-1 win over Wales in Lens.
And the star admitted yesterday: “The honeymoon will probably have to wait until next year.
“We’re here for England.
“There is only one thing you want to do and that’s play football to the best of your ability.
“If you let things start distracting you, you’re not going to be able to do that, which will then jeopardise the team too.
“So everything gets totally blanked out except for England, England, England!”
Jamie has been spending time with his wife and 18-month-old daughter Sofia in Chantilly between games.
Becky, a former lover of pop star Peter Andre who has two other children by past relationships, met Jamie at his birthday party while working as a nightclub promoter.
