Former Democratic presidential candidate dubbed Biden the "president-elect" as he appeared on a panel in the early morning.
"We should get used to saying president-elect Joe Biden!" Yang shouted cheerfully.
"Because the math says that today is going to be the day to celebrate for millions.
"Joe, you did it! Thank you Joe! Yes! We're back America!" he said as he pumped his fists in the air.
He added: "Let's call it!"
As the other panelists laughed, panelist S.E. Cupp said: "Correction! Correction! CNN has not called this race yet!"
Yang then continued, saying that math shows Biden is sure to win the race.
"The Trump era is receding."
Cupp then spoke
"What he did was try to break democracy," Cupp claimed.
In his speech, Trump baselessly claimed he won as he alleged voter fraud.
"If you count the legal votes I easily win. If you count the illegal votes – they can try to steal the election from us," he claimed.
He added: "They did the mail in ballots where there's tremendous corruption and fraud going on," he raged. "I told everybody that these things would happen."
"I've already decisively won," he insisted.
Cupp then continued to speak on how Trump wanted his votes counted on the day of the election – and how he was actively speaking out against mail-in ballots.
As mail-in ballots came in, Biden several states where Trump held a lead flipped in the former VP's favor.
"The fact that the process he demanded isn't like rigging it for him, isn't a conspiracy – it's just like a bad self-oath," Cupp said.
Lemon added: "Didn't he do it to himself, right?"
As Biden gained lead in key battleground states on Wednesday and Thursday, Trump and his campaign made baseless claims of voter fraud and launched lawsuits in several states.
Just hours after CNN's celebration on Friday,
With just a few thousand votes left to count, if Biden keeps his lead, he'll become the next president of the United States.
