Pregnant mum stabbed by murderous lover was saved by her BOOB JOB
Attacker's Muslim mother was unhappy he was dating a white woman

A PREGNANT woman was saved by her breast implants when her lover tried to stab her and their unborn baby to death.
Natalie Queiroz was attacked in a town centre in broad daylight by company director Babur Raja.
He plunged a 12in kitchen knife into her chest and stomach, with one blow 2mm away from killing their unborn 32-week infant.
Raja, 41, was disguised in a hoodie with a rucksack shoved up the front to make him look fat.
Natalie, 40, did not realise it was him until she fell to the ground and scrambled away as five brave passers-by rushed to her aid.
But Raja broke free and caught up with her, slashing at her throat and wrists until the have-a-go-heroes finally subdued him in Sutton Coldfield, West Mids.

Natalie was rushed to hospital and told her £5,000 boob job prevented fatal blows to her heart.
Her tot was delivered by caesarean section but still may have brain damage, Birmingham crown court heard yesterday.
The couple had been together for 18 months and lived in a £400,000 home.
But Raja was tormented by his mother’s refusal to accept his relationship with a white non-Muslim. He had not even told his mother about the pregnancy.
At the same time the Mercedes repair firm boss was having financial difficulties and he was unable to give Natalie £36,000 he had promised.
Raja’s lawyers said he had been suffering a “temporary mental adjustment disorder”.
But prosecutors pointed out the planning that had gone into the horrific attack.
Judge Mr Justice Drew told him “It is clear you felt under great stress because your mother was not willing to accept your relationship and you were forced to choose between her and your partner.
“Once you chose your mother over your partner and child you resolved to not just terminate the relationship but to terminate them.”
Raja admitted attempted murder and was jailed for 18 years.
The five good samaritans will get police commendations.
