NBC News correspondent Katy Tur and her husband, CBS This Morning anchor Tony Dokoupil tied the knot in 2017.

How many children does Katy Tur have?

Katy Tur has two children with her husband, Tony Dokoupil.

The MSNBC anchor revealed that she gave birth to her second child on May 13, 2021, daughter Eloise Judy Bear Dokoupil.

Tur and her husband told magazine that the labor nearly lasted a whole day.

"After nearly 24 hours of labor, Eloise was here. She weighs 6 pounds, has strawberry blonde hair, and is rarely quiet. She fits right in," they said.

"Big brother Teddy loves her already and can't wait to introduce her to their big brother and sister.

We're all looking forward to a full and crazy house this summer," Tur and Dokoupil concluded.

In addition to Eloise, their first son Theodore 'Teddy' Dokoupil was born on April 13, 2019.

Before the couple tied the knot, Dokoupil had two children from a previous relationship.

His two children live in Israel with their mom.

In October 2023, Dokoupil shared on CBS Mornings that his family was safe amid the Israel-Hamas war.

Speaking to Gayle King and Nate Burleson, Dokoupil said: "I have an 11-year-old [daughter] and 14-year-old [son] who live in Israel.

"They live there with their mother — my ex-wife. They are safe."

What has Katy Tur said about motherhood?

Following the birth of her two kids, Katy Tur has spoken out about the joys of motherhood.

Speaking with , Tur got candid about her career after becoming a mother.

"Being a mom has made me a better reporter," she said.

"The majority of the women in this country don't have paid leave at all, let alone five months. So when I came back I wanted to make a point that it's not extremes — it's difficult for everybody to have a kid.

"And paid parental leave is not just good for the baby, but the mother, the partner, the family, the baby, the town, the society and the country."

Who is Katy Tur’s husband, Tony Dokoupil?

Tony Dokoupil is a CBS News correspondent who co-hosts CBS This Morning with Gayle King.

Born December 24, 1980, Dokoupil received his bachelor's degree in marketing communications from The George Washington University School of Business.

He later went on to get his master's degree in American studies from Columbia University.

Following his degree, Dokoupil built his resume working for Newsweek and Random House.
