Mum who lost her baby in miscarriage reveals how cops accused her of murder and locked her in cell next to sex attackers
Police arrested Lauren Bull, 30, in hospital, while 10 officers raided her home in Braintree, Essex

A MUM has told of her “living nightmare” after she suffered a miscarriage then was locked up by cops and accused of murder.
Lauren Bull, 30, had no idea she was 31 weeks pregnant — yet police claimed she conspired for her partner to attack her so they lost the child.
Hours after lifesaving surgery she was arrested in hospital, guarded in her bed then held behind bars for 34 hours.
Cops only dropped the murder probe when a post-mortem confirmed a stillbirth.
Lauren blasted: “I lost a baby and they treated me like a killer.
“I can’t forgive the police for the way they treated me.
“I was a grieving mum who was confused and scared.
“They showed no humanity. It’s disgusting.”
The mum-of-two suffered flu-like symptoms for three days before she started bleeding last November.
She was stunned when medics said she had miscarried and was suffering a collapsed womb.
Lauren said: “I had had no bump, no cravings and my periods continued.”
Partner Jack Walker, 28, missed the 5cm foetus when he cleaned up the bathroom.

Medics told police they couldn’t find the tragic baby.
Ten cops then stormed the house in Braintree, Essex, and arrested Jack.
Two officers told Lauren in hospital: “We are arresting you on suspicion of murder.”
Next day she was put in a cell next to sex attackers.
After two hours she was quizzed for two more hours, then locked up for 30 more.
Lauren added: “The way they spoke to me, it was clear they believed I had killed my baby.
“They tried to tell Jack I had been having an affair and he had tried to kill the baby when he found out it wasn’t his.
“It was all lies. I’d never do that. Jack knows that.”
After the post-mortem cleared them the couple held a funeral for the baby, naming him Percy Jack Walker.
Cops spent seven more months investigating claims they concealed a body.
But the case was dropped two weeks ago due to insufficient evidence.
The couple plan legal action and Lauren added: “Before all of this we had talked about a third child.
“It was something we always considered but now I never want to be pregnant again. The police have stolen that joy from us.”
An Essex Police spokesman said: “Recent cases have highlighted the need for police to thoroughly investigate any harm to a child, especially when they die.
“The body of this poor baby was found in unusual circumstances. The death of any child is tragic and when the circumstances of a child’s death are unusual and unexplained then we have a duty to thoroughly investigate.
“This is to provide answers to the family and the public, minimise the risk of any future harm to a child and to ensure that the rights of the deceased child are upheld.
“There was a full multi-agency response to this distressing event to ensure there was the necessary support to all of those involved and affected by this tragedy.”
