MINDLESS thugs turned a quiet street into a warzone as they traded blows with each other before one yob ran in with a baseball bat.
The mass brawl appeared to break out after a youngster was smacked in the face in the Tollcross area of Glasgow.
The youngsters in tracksuits had been squaring up to each other before one of them threw the first punch.
Others then rushed in and started trying to punch and kick each other to the ground.
One man, dressed in black, shouts, "right ya f****** bam, let’s do this then ya dafties" as he sprints after rival gang members whilst swinging a wooden baseball bat.
The camera shows other youths attacking each other in the road and a courtyard nearby.
At one point someone screamed "oh my god" as a youngster ran up to someone on the ground before booting them in the head.
The brawls appeared to end with around ten youngsters spread out across the road as they walk in the direction of their rival gang.
One can be heard shouting, ‘What yous (sic) running for?’.
Facebook users were shocked by disgusting display of violence.
Irene Van Schelt commented: “Never understood all that violence, it's pointless.”
Maggie Doherty wrote: “Like a 'running battle' from the 70's lol! Thought Glasgow had moved on!”
Stephen Duncan said: “Here we have a group of endangered species called ‘Neds’.
And Kevin Malcolm called the footage an “embarrassment to Scotland”.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "On the information provided, I have no reports of a disturbance on Wellshot Road, Glasgow reported to police yesterday.
"If you find out more on when it happened and who reported it to police we can check further on more specific information."
