Lad’s girlfriend dumps him by text before she scooped £12m of family’s £61m EuroMillions win
Awkward situation is even worse as he lives next to her sister

GUTTED Dan White told last night how he split with his girlfriend, who then won £12million on the lottery.
Dan, 21, was dumped by text by Courtney Davies, 19, after two years together.
But on Friday she was one of five family members who scooped the £61million EuroMillions jackpot.
And to make matters worse, Courtney’s sister Stephanie, 23, and her fella Steve, 30, who won £24million between them, live next door.
Unlucky Dan said: “All my mates are savaging me about this — the first I knew of their win was my phone going nuts.
“The boys were sending me links and jokey Snapchats asking if I was gutted. One said, ‘How much have you cried since you found out?’”
And Dan said living next door to Courtney’s sister in Monmouth, South Wales, was “awkward”.

But the couple broke up last year after Courtney moved to Southampton to study psychology at university. Dan said it was a teenage romance that “just tailed off”.
He said: “After we broke up we’d tried to stay friends but it was difficult and just as I was getting over her, her sister moved in next door.”
Dan added: “I wish her all the best even though I won’t see any of the money.
“The girls have expensive tastes and are used to a nice life because they are already quite well off.
“I imagine the family will jet off on some expensive break to Dubai or somewhere similar and the girls will lap up a lavish lifestyle.”
And he joked: “She could give me a million a year for the two years I went out with her — I wouldn’t say no to that.”
