Cops pose as fake passengers on a decoy bus for three days to lure 11-year-old vandal into a trap
Officers launched "Operation Spinefoot" to catch louts launching missiles at buses

UNDERCOVER cops hid in a bus for THREE DAYS in an elaborate sting - only to catch an 11-year-old boy who likes throwing stones.
The officers posed as passengers during "Operation Spinefoot" in a clampdown on louts hurling missiles at moving buses.
After days of patiently waiting, the cops finally arrested an 11-year-old boy who hurled a glass bottle at the vehicle in Oxgangs, Edinburgh.
Scottish cops launched the operation amid public fears that kids hurling stones and other objects at buses could cause a crash.
Sgt William Telford said: "These incidents alarm passengers and risk distracting the driver, which threatens the safety of all road users."
