British DJ being questioned over murder of Bali cop says his Australian girlfriend was almost sexually assaulted by an officer while searching for her bag
David Taylor has faced hours of questioning after the body of Wayan Sudarsa was found bashed to death

A BRITISH man arrested for the murder of a police officer in Bali was told by his girlfriend a "bad cop" had tried to sexually assault her on the beach.
But Brit David Taylor and his Australian girlfriend Sara Connor have said they had nothing to do with the bashing murder of Bali cop Wayan Sudarsa after his bloodied body was found with 17 stab wounds on Kuta Beach.
The British DJ's lawyer Haposan Sihombing said his client had been questioned for five hours on Saturday but had not admitted to committing the August 17 murder.
He said Ms Connor had lost her bag on the beach and the couple went to search for it separately.
It was while the couple were apart looking for the bag that Connor clashed with the victim after asking for help with her bag.
Sihombing said: "She later told David about a bad cop who pushed her down to the sand and lay on top of her. She screamed for help, several people pulled the bad officer off her, that's how she managed to escape. She managed to get away because there were people who helped her after she screamed."
There have also been claims that the police officer bit the fingernail of Taylor while he was on the beach.
The couple then checked out of the Kubu Kauh Beach Inn and .
Haposan, who also represented Bali Nine drug mule Renae Lawrence and was part of convicted drug smuggler Schappelle Corby's legal team, said it was then that the couple decided to make contact with the Australian Consulate in Bali.
