UFO spotter discovers ‘shoe’ on Mars and claims it’s evidence of ancient genocide
Alien hunter says Martian trainer was left behind by 'species that were at war long ago'
A world famous UFO hunter claims he's discovered evidence of an ancient genocide on the Red Planet.
Scott C. Waring, who runs the website UFOSightingsDaily, said he's taken by the NASA's Mars Rover, which led him to suggest it was worn by a Martian killed in battle.
The skygazer is known for "discovering" everything from petrified fish to alien repair men on Mars, although his claims are rarely recognised by the scientific establishment.
Now he's made the astonishing suggestion that a war took place on Mars a long time ago and said he's found evidence of this ancient conflict.
He wrote: "Whilst looking through some Mars Rover photos, I found a lone shoe at the edge of a crater.
"This is probably a shoe of a species that were at war a long time ago, the shoe being the lone evidence that the person had ever existed.
"How many times on a battlefield or catastrophic event have we seen photos in the newspapers of the shoes of the victims? "Evidence of how hard they were hit, how fast they were taken from us?

Scott previously spotted another shoe on the Red Planet, which he claimed would be the perfect fit for the he also claimed to have identified.
