THE View frontman Kyle Falconer has been charged after being accused of shouting, swearing and acting aggressively to fellow passengers on a flight from Spain.
Singer Kyle, 29, allegedly hurled homophobic abuse at a cabin crew member before being frogmarched off the plane by police.
Falconer, lead singer of the Scottish band, forced a flight from Barcelona to Glasgow to be diverted to France.
He is accused of uttering a homophobic remark to Ryan Carpenter on the June 17 Jet2 flight from Reus Airport to Glasgow.
The View shot to fame in 2006 with their number one album Hats Off to the Buskers and their hit single Same Jeans.

Falconer was hauled off the plane by French police in Nantes after the captain made an emergency stop.
Police boarded the plane and led the rocker from the plane across the tarmac.
He was arrested when he returned to Scotland, the reports, and is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court next week.
He was originally due in the dock on June 19 but the hearing never took place.
Police said: “We received a complaint regarding the behaviour of a passenger on board a Jet2 flight from Reus to Glasgow on June 17, which resulted in the flight being diverted and the passenger ejected.
“A 29-year-old man is the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.”
A Jet2 spokesman said: “We apologise to customers for having to witness such disruptive behaviour and for the delay."
The diversion resulted in delay of two hours for Falconer's fellow flyers.
