An arrest warrant was issued for Johnson after cops searched for potential suspects.

Marshals and Memphis cops revealed he has the name "Jaiya" tattooed on his right arm.

He is on the TBI’s Most Wanted List, according to law enforcement authorities, with ties to organized crime and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Johnson appears to be a local rapper called StraightDrop, according to his social media page, who likes to show off his clothes, flash cars, and wads of cash.

In one Instagram post, he is pictured sitting in a car with one hand covering his face while in the other hand he is clutching a wad of cash and appears to be wearing various Gucci items of clothing.

A combined reward of $15,000 has been put up for information leading to his capture.

On January 5, 2022 the TBI tweeted the following regarding a suspect for the Dolph case.

"#TNMostWanted: We need your help to find Justin Johnson, wanted by @MEM_PoliceDept and TBI for 1st Degree Murder, Criminal Attempt-1st Degree Murder, & Theft of Property $10,000-$60,000. He should be considered armed & dangerous. Seen him? Call 901-378-3132 or 1-800-TBI-FIND."

The owner claimed someone drove up and shot and killed the rapper at around 1pm.

Just days before his death, the star was filmed at the store helping to advertise their products.

"Young Dolph says every time he comes home he has to stop by Makeda's Cookies," the company posted alongside a video of him outside the store.

Young Dolph was a 36-year-old rapper who has been on the scene for years. His debut mixtape, Paper Route Campaign was released in 2008, years before his first studio album King of Memphis in 2016.

On November 18, surveillance photos emerged from the scene showing the alleged suspects holding guns outside the store. They appeared to have face masks on.

Young Dolph had collaborated with multiple rappers including 2 Chainz, Key Glock, T.I., Gucci Mane, and Megan Thee Stallion.

The artist was related to late rapper Juice WRLD, who passed away following an accidental overdose.
