Cops hunt pair over Mark Cavendish armed robbery raid that left him and wife Peta terrified
POLICE are hunting two men after Mark Cavendish and his wife were attacked in a terrifying raid at their home.
The Olympic cyclist, 36, and wife Peta Todd, 35, were threatened at knifepoint by a masked gang in front of their three children.
Four intruders forced their way into the Essex house on November 27 where Mark, ex-Page 3 girl Peta and their three children were inside.
Tour de France hero Mark was recovering from significant injuries from a crash at a track event in Belgium at the time.
A Louis Vuitton suitcase and two watches worth £700,000 were taken in the raid.
Police today released two images of a pair they want to speak to in connection with the robbery.
They are Jo Jobson, 25, is from Plaistow, East London, and 26-year-old George Goddard from Loughton in Essex.
Goddard also has links to the Isle of Dogs in London.

Detective Inspector Tony Atkin, who is leading the investigation, said: "The investigation is ongoing and, so far, three people have been arrested.
"I now seek the public's help to locate two men, Jo Jobson and George Goddard.
"I believe both men will have information which will help the investigation and I would urge them both to come forward."
Romario Henry, 30, is alleged to be one of the gang members who broke into the family home.
He appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court today charged with two counts of robbery.
Henry is accused of stealing a watch worth £400,000 from Mark and taking a watch worth £300,000 from Sun Fabulous columnist Peta.
No pleas were entered and he was remanded in custody to next appear at the same court on February 4.
Two 27-year-old men – one from Gillingham and one from Camberwell – were also arrested in connection to the raid but released on bail.
'FEARED FOR OUR LIVES'
Police said Mark - the joint highest stage winner in Tour history - was assaulted during the break-in.
Thankfully no one was seriously injured but police said the family have been left "shaken" by the raid.
Mark said in a statement: “As I’m sure you will understand, this incident has left our family extremely distressed – not just myself and Peta but our children as well, who feared for their lives and are now struggling with the after-effects.
"No one should have to experience the sort of violence and threats made against us, let alone this happening in a family home – a place where everyone should feel safe.

“The items taken are simply material goods and our priority at the moment is to make sure we all recover from the incident as a family, and we know this is likely to take some time.
“We would like to place on record our thanks to Essex Police for a really quick response and the professionalism and the focus they are clearly putting into the investigation.”

At the time, Peta said: "The effect that this nightmare has had on our family is already heartbreakingly evident."
