London builders take time out from their KFC to recreate iconic snap of construction workers in 1930s New York
The builders were snapped today in West London

WE'VE all seen the iconic photograph of New York construction workers enjoying a break while perched on a ledge at the top of the Rockefeller Center.
Now, some London construction workers have recreated the legendary image - this time perching on a ledge outside KFC.
The "Lunch atop a Skyscraper" shot, snapped in 1932, is one of the most famous photographs of all time - but it's reported the "impromptu" image was actually part of a publicity stunt by the Rockefeller Center.
It's also often wrongly attributed to photographer Lewis Hine - who is best known for his work documenting the construction of the Empire State Building.
Meanwhile in London, there's no publicity stunt going on here - just seven burly builders tucking into some fried chicken.
In an scene that probably won't go down in history, the builders were snapped outside a KFC in West London enjoying the sunshine - as temperatures hit a balmy 23 degrees.
