Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe will be heard talking about his crimes in new documentary

YORKSHIRE Ripper Peter Sutcliffe will be heard talking about his crimes from beyond the grave in a documentary.
Sutcliffe, who died from Covid in 2020 aged 74, confesses to unsolved attacks in the jail tapes.
He also admits he aimed to kill Olivia Reivers, 24, the call-girl he was with when he was finally arrested in 1981.
Asked if he was going to attack her, he says: “Of course I was. That was the whole point.”
The programme, presented by a former detective, demolishes Sutcliffe’s insistence that “voices from God” sparked his attacks.
His brother, Carl, calls the claim “utter rubbish”.
Sutcliffe was convicted of killing 13 women and trying to murder seven between 1975 and 1980.
The Ripper Speaks: The Lost Tapes, Channel 5 tomorrow, 10pm
