A MAN has died following a suspected stabbing outside an Asda store.
The 53-year-old victim is believed to have been attacked in front of horrified shoppers at the supermarket in Redditch, Worcestershire.
He is believed to have been set upon by a group of males.
Officers and West Midlands Ambulance Service found the man in a critical condition, and he died at the scene.
After a search of the area, cops arrested six young men in connection with the incident and they remain in custody.
A West Mercia spokesman said: “Anyone who was in the area of Asda around the time of the incident and saw anything that could help officers is asked to please call 101.
“Alternatively, if you have information but don’t feel comfortable speaking to police, you can speak to the independent charity Crimestoppers.

Prospective councillor Sid Khan told The Sun: "Knife Crime in towns like ours is not common, but is now increasing .
"I would call on everyone including parents, the police, teachers, activists, influencers and most importantly, young people, to come together to halt this before we see more deaths in towns like Redditch.
"Education and knife crime amenities and safe drop off locations are among just some of the initiatives we should all be encouraging.
"This should be in cooperation with stronger sentencing laws."
