A MOTHER has been banned from the school gates after being accused of spraying her neighbours with a hose, leaving adults and children dripping wet .

Anisha Mitchell has been accused of leaving eight victims sopping wet in three separate attacks - but has claimed she was simply watering a hedge in the garden of her £270k house.

One of the incidents left five children drenched with water while the second targeted an adult neighbour.

A third incident saw Mitchell target her neighbour's young son, a court heard.

She has now been slapped with a 12-month community order, fined £680 and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

The mother-of-three had already been handed an ASBO in 2013.

The Cheltenham woman has most recently been accused by more than 30 witnesses of using foul language in front of children and parents, verbal abuse and littering on more than 100 occasions.

She has now been banned from the school gates, prohibiting her from dropping off or collecting her own children until 2018 unless it is a "genuine emergency".

She is also not allowed to enter the grounds of St Mary's Infant and Junior School in Cheltenham, Glos., or nearby Cleeve School between 6am and 6.15pm.

A magistrate has also ordered the troublemaker to stop attacking her neighbours, who claimed they had suffered four years of "non-stop anti-social behaviour."

The nightmare neighbour, who lives in Gloucestershire with husband Benjamin, an electronics company employee, was last week found guilty of breaching the order three times.

A court heard that Mitchell, who lives in a semi-detached, three bed property, sprayed a hose over the boundary into the next-door garden in August 2015.

Mitigating, Matthew Harbinson said: "Mrs Mitchell has always maintained that she was not deliberately spraying water over the hedge but it happened by accident or her own lack of care.

"There were no allegations of bad language or swearing, and there are no problems between the neighbours apart from this.

"The ASBO was not imposed upon my client because of any problems between my client and her neighbours."

Michell was handed a 12-month community order, told to pay £620 costs and a £60 victim surcharge and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

She has not breached the ASBO, which bans her from being intimidating, abusive or threatening, since the hose drama, the court heard.

But Mitchell, speaking out after she was slapped with the ASBO, claimed that she was the victim.

She said: "There are only about five or six people who have problems with me.

"I am the victim here. In this court of law, the more people who say the same thing, the more leverage they have.

"It has caused a lot of problems for my husband and for my children. They are trying to intimidate me and force me to move out."

Neighbours - who have previously branded her a "bully" - still have to be "wary" of her, despite the fact she has seemingly turned over a new leaf.

Neighbour Renee Holland, 83, said: "I can't remember the last time I spoke to her. After the ASBO was done she seemed to keep herself to herself.

"Having said that, I know other neighbours nearest to her seem to have to be very wary."

Another resident said: "She drives an old green Jaguar, a rather beautiful car, but I haven't seen her for a while.

"As far as I know, the house was up for sale at one point but we haven't had much to do with her."
