The politician gave birth to twins Alice Patterson Albright and Anne Korbel Albright, both 60, in June 1961.
Their sister Katherine Medill Albright was born just five years later and is now 55 years old.
On March 23, the three daughters took to their mother's official Twitter account to confirm her death.

"We are heartbroken to announce that Dr. Madeleine K. Albright, the 64th U.S. Secretary of State and the first woman to hold that position, passed away earlier today," Albright’s family said in a statement.
The family went on to reveal the cause of death of the politician.
