Woman, 39, who pierced holes in lover’s condoms jailed for sexual assault

A WOMAN has been jailed after poking holes in her partner’s condoms without him knowing.
A court in Germany found the woman guilty of sexual assault and whacked her with a six-month suspended sentence for purposefully damaging the protection pieces.
The judge branded the bizarre case as one for Germany’s history books in representing an instance of criminal “stealthing” carried out by a woman, German news outlet reported.
The court case in the western city of Bielefeld involved a 39-year-old woman who has not been named.
She was said to be in a “friends with benefits” relationship with the 42-year-old bloke after firing up a casual sex relationship after meeting in 2021.
The woman then developed deeper feelings for him, despite knowing that he didn’t want to be in a committed relationship.

She went on to poke holes in the package of condoms that her partner kept by his bed in the sick hope she would become pregnant with his baby.
But her efforts were reportedly unsuccessful.
In spite of this, she later wrote her lover a chilling message on WhatsApp, telling him that she thought she was pregnant.
But it was in these sinister texts she also admitted to jabbing holes in his rubber johnies.

The man pressed charges against her, due to her confessions and her lies about being pregnant with his kid.
The woman later admitted to having attempted to manipulate the man.
But while prosecutors and the court agreed a crime had been committed, they were initially unsure which specific charges would be levied against the obsessed woman.
While reviewing case law, the judge decided a charge of sexual assault was fitting, after reading about the crime of “stealthing”.
Stealthing traditionally refers to when a man secretly removes his condom mid-intercourse, without their partner having known or consented.
In her decision, Salewski said: "This provision also applies in the reverse case.
"The condoms were rendered unusable without the man's knowledge or his consent. No means no here as well."
