Footage captures the moment a ‘couple have sex under tram arches while baby lies awake in buggy next to them’
Witness hopes sharing footage will shame the couple into changing their behaviour
A SHOCKED resident filmed a couple appearing to have public sex in a city centre while a baby sits awake in a buggy by their side.
The disturbing footage was filmed in Manchester at 10am on Saturday by a resident who saw the couple from his apartment block.
The witness shouted at the couple, telling them to behave themselves, but they allegedly just moved further under tram arches and continued.
The shocked witness told the : “That the couple were doing this in view of potentially hundreds of people in the surrounding apartments was bad enough, but the fact that they were doing it just feet away from a child in their care is truly alarming.
“It’s disgusting behaviour. Clearly the welfare of the child was the last thing on their minds.
"When we shouted at them to stop and think about the baby, they simply ignored us and carried on. That’s why we filmed this - they ought to be ashamed of themselves.”

The witness said he began filming in the hope they would see him and stop.
But, he claims they continued before rolling a cigarette and parting ways.
His girlfriend convinced him to make the footage public in the hope it would shame the couple into stopping such behaviour.
The witness added: "I’m very, very worried about the baby in the buggy. The couple engaged in sexual activity while the baby lay awake next to them moving in the buggy.
“You only have to watch the video to see how truly disturbing it is. The place they chose to do this is not discreet at all. Hundreds of people could easily see them.”
