Terrified mother tells how she was chased from school with her family by a clown carrying balloons

A TERRIFIED mother has recounted the moment she was chased by a clown after picking up her young siblings from school.
Georgia Kitching, 18, was walking back from picking her two sisters and brother from school in Llanelli, South Wales, when she spotted a man dressed as a clown.
The alleged incident happened when Georgia was pushing her daughter, two-month-old Lilly-Louise James in a pram and walking with her siblings, Amber Kitching, 12, Jayden Kitching, 10 and Marley Kitching, nine.
She said: "He was dressed om a full clown outfit and had a bunch of balloons.
"He started running towards us so we ran away.
"The kids were hysterically crying.
"One of my sisters didn't want to walk back home the same way so we had to find an alternative route.
"I was so terrified."
She added; "He was wearing a ask but one of those scary ones that have pointed teeth, with red hair and a bunch of red balloons.
"He was also dressed in red and black."
Georgia phoned Dyfed-Powys Police, who visited the scene but there was no sign of the man.

Following the incident, Georgia shared what had happened to her on social media and said similar ones had 'been happening all over Llanelli'.
In the last few days a clown craze has swept the UK after a string of creepy incidents in the US.
There has been a number of incidents including a masked man carrying a knife left a group of children aged 11 and 12 “upset and distressed” when he jumped out on their way to the Hermitage Academy in Chester-le-Street, County Durham, at 8.40am on Friday.
While in Suffolk, a boy “younger than a teenager” was chased by “several people dressed as clowns” in Beatty Road, Sudbury, at 8pm on Thursday, Suffolk Constabulary confirmed.
