Moment ‘killer clown’ was chased out of taxi office by busy mum-of-four who was trying to work

A BRAVE woman gave a "killer clown" quite a scare after his attempt to frighten her was turned on its head.
The 45-year-old, who was on her first night shift alone, was faced with a man wearing a terrifying clown mask as he silently crept up on her.
Known only as Rita, the woman working on the control desk at ADT Taxis in Leicester, stood up when she noticed the clown, and chased him away.
CCTV taken from inside the control room at about 9pm on Monday shows Rita running at the clown with her fists clenched.
Rita, who has only worked for the taxi firm since August, had recently completed her training.
Today, Rita, from Leicester, said: "I have just finished my training and it was my first proper shift.
"I was by myself and I was typing and I had my headset on.
"The next thing I knew, I looked up and saw a clown staring at me. He didn't say anything, he just looked at me.
"I paused for a few seconds to try and work out if I recognised the man wearing the mask, but when I realised I didn't, I got up and chased him out of the office.
"I saw another two clowns over the road too. I couldn't believe it.
"Funnily enough, I shared a video on Facebook last week of something similar happening to another person.

"It is ironic it then happened to me. My boss said he's never seen me move so fast.
"It was lucky the clown didn't have a knife, or my boss could have been a witness to a murder on CCTV.
"But I wasn't going to let him scare me."
Blaire Smith, who works as a supervisor at ADT taxis, said: "I know Rita out of work too, and it didn't shock me that she scared the clown away.
"I know what she's like so I found the video amusing. I thought it was hilarious, although I was a little bit worried for her.
"She's been doing some training and that shift was her first one on her own.
"She's working again tonight and she's told me she is bringing her dog with her so she has a guard dog."
A spokesman for ADT taxis said: "We have a still picture of Rita running after a clown who was just stood in the office in the attempt to scare her.
"He got more than he bargained for when Rita went for him and ran him out of the premises.
"She proceeded to run down the street after him."
