A NOTTING Hill Carnival-goer suffered an awkward blunder when she interrupted a live TV broadcast.

The woman danced behind Sky's Madeline Ratcliffe as she delivered a piece to camera about the London celebration of Caribbean culture - but seconds later ended up showing off a little too much skin.

The punter, with a drink in hand, accidentally flashed her boob as she boogied with her pals.

But Madeline was none the wiser, continuing her report until the reveller bumped her from behind.

She laughed it off and said: "Spirits are obviously very high as you can see."

Sky didn't mentioned the wardrobe malfunction, viewed by millions at 9.30am on bank holiday Sunday.

Notting Hill Carnival is Europe's biggest street party, with more than one million punters expected to attend over the three days.

It celebrates the UK's Caribbean community and is famed for its music, food and stunning costumes.

This year's festival is the first event back since 2019 after Covid saw the previous two years called off.

And celebrations kicked off in style yesterday, with a steel pan competition, Mas bands and DJs into the night.

This morning, crowds began partying at 6am for the J’Ouvert paint fight.

The carnival then officially opened at 10am, and will be followed by parades, food stalls, dancing and sound systems late into Monday.
