Boy, 4, left ‘fighting for life’ after being hit by car outside station

A FOUR-year-old boy is fighting for life after being hit by a car outside a south London Tube station.
The youngster suffered serious injuries after the collision at Wimbledon Park Tube station at 11.38am on Sunday.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene before the boy was taken to hospital, where he remains in a "potentially life-threatening situation".
0fficers said his parents were aware of the incident and that the driver stopped at the scene.
A police spokesperson said: “The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish how the collision occurred."

It comes as six people were injured in a horror hit-and-run after a car ploughed into pedestrians on Sunday evening.
The victims were struck by the wayward vehicle in Harringay, north London, at around 7.15pm.
Officers rushed to Green Lanes alongside paramedics and the London Fire Brigade amid reports of a car hitting pedestrians.
Chilling video footage appeared to show a black 4x4, with a dented bumper and damage above the front wheel, hurtling off as bystanders rushed over.
