A WEALTHY British Airways passenger accused of filming up a stewardess’s skirt in first-class was fined just £13, it was revealed yesterday.
Businessman Martyn Vaughan, 61, was arrested after his flight from Heathrow landed in South Africa.
But sources say he was mistakenly charged with common assault, which allowed him to pay a ₤£13 “admission of guilt fine” and walk free the same day.

Married dad-of-two Vaughan, who lives in an £850,000 farmhouse in Towcester, Northants, has been banned for life by BA while the 26-year-old attendant was said to be “distressed and devastated”.
Authorities have launched an investigation into how Vaughan escaped a sex assault charge after last month’s incident. A police spokesman said: “At this stage we cannot divulge any details.”
