ANDREW Tate is being sued by three women who allege they were raped and abused by the disgraced social influencer.

The 36-year-old former kickboxer is under house arrest in Romania while an investigation continues into allegations of human trafficking and rape.

Tate and brother Tristan were recently both released from the Romanian prison they had been held in for three months.

But three British women now aged in their late 20s or early 30s, who worked as webcam models for Tate, now say they are to pursue him in the courts in the UK.

They made allegations to police in the UK eight years ago but allege detectives failed to investigate properly before dropping the case.

"To have seen Andrew Tate's rise in popularity and influence, while knowing who he is and what he has done, has been extremely difficult for those of us who were sexually and physically abused by him,” one of them told Sky News.

"We intend to prove in court that Andrew is abusive, coercive and controlling and that his public statements about women are nothing more than fantasy."

The women's lawyer, Matt Jury, said their allegations include rape, sexual and physical assaults.

They also say Tate held guns to their heads and strangled them with belts, revealed Mr Jury.

“Our clients’ bravery in coming forward to tell their stories and hold Tate to account is remarkable, and they hope it will empower other victims and survivors to come forward and join them,” he said.

“Perhaps focusing on the victims’ stories, rather than Tate’s misogynistic rants, will also mean his followers will come to understand his true nature."

After being freed from jail, Tate posted a number of strange Tweets, including a bizarre quote apparently about love and war.

The influencer also posted a bizarre shirtless clip of himself pacing back and forth and smoking a cigar.

Earlier this year Tate's ex-girlfriend has told how she was branded with a tattoo of his name.

The anonymous Brit woman - named only as Sophie - alleged she was slapped, strangled and subjected to sexual violence by Tate after he lured her to Romania.

At the weekend, the Tates were seen arriving at offices of Romania’s Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).

Prosecutors have been examining electronic equipment seized from the brothers after cops raided their mansion in December.

Both men and their two alleged "angels" - Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu - remain under investigation by Romanian cops.

Tate and his brother returned to their lavish compound in Pipera, Voluntari, on the outskirts of Bucharest amid a media circus.

They have been ordered to stay in the buildings where they live - unless they have permission from the courts to leave.

The controversial influencer built up an image that appealed to teenage boys - creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Masquerading as lifestyle advice, much of the content is considered highly sexist and is seen as promoting violence against women.

A spokesperson for Andrew Tate said: “We are concerned that the intention of suing was first communicated to the mainstream press and not to Andrew Tate or his legal team.

"Andrew Tate vehemently denies these allegations, which he was completely unaware of until today, and is saddened that the press chooses to act as a facilitator for opportunistic attempts by women for monetary gain.”
