Racist posters plastered across Berkshire spark police hate crime investigation
Bearing the mark of far-right group National Action, the stickers telling people they're entering a 'white zone only' have been plastered across Newbury

BRITISH neo-Nazis linked to the group that lauded Jo Cox's killer have posted stickers across Newbury proclaiming some areas of the town as ‘white zones’.
The racist flyers displays an illustration of a masked man posing with a Hitler salute, along with the slogan:“White zone, national action.”
Police said the offensive stickers were discovered in at least two locations in the Berkshire town, where the Vodafone empire is based.
Stunned residents spotted the racist posters in Chestnut Crescent and in the A4 underpass leading to Almond Avenue, close to the town centre.
The posters are linked to National Action, a neo-Nazi British nationalist youth movement, and were first seen in Glasgow shortly after the Brexit vote in June.
On their website, the extremist group claims to be: "A community of young Nationalists in the United Kingdom, united in a mission to save our race and generation.
"We are a group who are tired of seeing injustice; our people exploited and abused, our women raped and murdered, society crumble, our nation dying."
Sergeant Holly Nicholls, of Newbury Police Station, said "Thames Valley Police has received a complaint from a member of the public.
"The offensive nature of the 'white zone' posters, in addition to the fact that they were fly-posted, led to the removal of the posters."
