She then spat inside a police car while being taken to the station.

Just six months earlier Dipnall had been given a two-year suspended prison sentence for stalking her therapist Katie Cooling.

Dipnall sent Miss Cooling vile "deepfake" images appearing to show the counsellor in sexual situations.

She also falsely accused Miss Cooling of being a "nonce" in social media posts and claimed she had slept with all the residents at a women's refuge.

The sick stalker also sent Miss Cooling's colleagues photos of the therapist superimposed with male and female genitals.

Dipnall also hacked into Miss Cooling's business website and sent her topless snaps - along with the message "Die b****".

Miss Cooling was so traumatised that she left her , moved house and changed her identity.

After walking free from court, Dipnall changed her own name to Daisy Degnan and is understood to have started a cleaning company called "Fresh as a Daisy".

But on September 8 this year cops were called to Dipnall's house following a 999 call from a neighbour worried she was about to take her own life.

Jemma Gordon, prosecuting, told Chester Crown Court: "When officers arrived at 1.30pm, the defendant was not at her home address.

"She was located at an address nearby and she was intoxicated.

''PC Norton made enquiries using his mobile phone in relation to the welfare check.

"But she asked the officer if he would turn off his phone as it made her want to throw her phone at him.

“PC Norton explained he couldn’t do this as he was using it, at which point the defendant threw her mobile with full force in his direction.

"The officer immediately feared that he was going to be struck by the phone.

"It did not connect and it hit the door he was stood next to.

She added: "The defendant then resisted arrest and was placed into handcuffs and was abusive to the officer when she was told of the reason for her arrest.

"The defendant was placed into a police car whilst the officers contacted mental health professionals.

"Whilst inside the police vehicle, the defendant was banging her head off the window.

"When she was told to stop, she spat twice on the window which had to be professionally cleaned.''

VILE STALKER

Dipnall had 16 other offences on her record including counts of criminal damage, assaults on police officers and other offences of violence.

She had been given a referral order, a rehabilitation order, and a detention and training order for failing to comply.

Previous hearings were told Dipnall was a victim of domestic violence, had ''dissociative personality disorder", and had allegedly ''suffered greatly at her parents’ hands".

Jonathan Keane, defending, said: "She does use alcohol as a crutch for her mental health.

"She recognises it would be fairly good for her to abstain from alcohol."

Dipnall appeared in court under the name Daisy Degnan and admitted assault and criminal damage.

She was ordered to wear a "sobriety" tag as part of a 120-day alcohol monitoring programme, and was conditionally discharged for 12 months.

DOUBLE TROUBLE

The judge Mr Recorder Mark Ainsworth told her: ''You threw your phone at the officer and thankfully it missed.

"I have no doubt it would have been quite unpleasant and would possibly have caused injury if it had hit him.

''It smashed on the wall but still he would have apprehended you.

"He was about to be hit which amounts to assault.

"When you were arrested, you were abusive which shows your state of mind at the time.

"It may well be in the different circumstances that this matter would be dealt with in the magistrates court.

"But you came to the Crown Court because you are subject to a suspended sentence.

"Ordinarily someone in your position would expect to go to prison.

"But I have read the details of this case and read the various psychiatric reports.

''Police have a difficult role and they are entitled to be treated with respect and a degree of restraint.

"But it is a matter of concern as the reasons that brought officers to your house.'"
