Pizza worker’s shocking foul-mouthed rant at gran who gave restaurant a one-star Facebook review
Minutes after posting a negative review on social media, a grandmother was left stunned by an employee's 'absolutely disgusting' rant
A FOUL-MOUTHED pizza worker was sacked for calling a Welsh grandmother a "f***ing ugly bitch" when she gave it a one-star review.
Shocked Elizabeth Gallear, 63, was branded a "motherf***ing sheepsh*gger" by the employee who was furious with her family's negative comments on their Facebook page.
When the delivery driver took more than two hours, Elizabeth asked her grandson James to write a bad review of The Square Pizza Co on the restaurant's Facebook page.
Just minutes after the one-star rating was left online, Elizabeth was outraged to get an abusive four-letter word phone call.
Her family videoed the conversation - and the pizza worker is heard ranting: "You wipe your a*** you f***ing ugly b****"
"You f***ing ugly b****. I'm here 24-7.
"It is easy to talk on f***ing Facebook, next time you want to say something come down here and f***ing say it, ok?
"You're a motherf***ing sheepsh*gger."
During the call, Elizabeth of Newport, Gwent, can be heard saying: "You are absolutely disgusting for a pizza shop."
And after receiving a torrent of abuse, she says: "Oh go and shove your head in the pizza oven.
"Why don't you call back when you can talk tidy?"

Speaking afterwards grandmother Elizabeth said: "I was so angry that he was talking to me like that.
"My hands were shaking I was so upset and angry. I was in a state of shock.
"That language was totally uncalled for, we had done nothing wrong.
"We certainly won't be ordering from there again."
Her daughter Tracey, 43, said the family's pizza, which was ordered at around 7.15 pm for £26, turned up "cold" two hours later so they wrote the negative review.
"I couldn't believe the things he was saying to her - it's no way to act," said Tracey.
The Square Pizza Company manager Zaman Ahmed said: "I will always stand by my staff if they are in the right, and I haven't opened this business to accept the type of abuse and disrespect that was given to us yesterday.
"However, I also don't condone or agree with that member of staff calling the customer back and also acting in the way he did with the elderly lady.
"It makes him no better than the customer.
"Therefore I have taken the decision to terminate the employment of that member of staff."
Facebook users backed the gran after the argument including Marc Severs who said: "How on earth this business has been allowed to continue trading with such poor customer service is beyond belief!!"
