A MUM died from multiple knife wounds after being stabbed on Bournemouth beach, an inquest heard today.
Amie Gray, 34, was killed during the horror on Friday night in Durley Chine.
A 20-year-old man remains in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
An inquest heard today how Amie's provisional cause of death has been given as multiple stab wounds.
The personal trainer's body was identified by a police liaison officer using images of Amie provided by her family.
Coroner's officer Grace Monro said: "On May 24 at 11.42pm Dorset Police received reports that two people had been stabbed on Durley Chine Beach.

"Very sadly she was pronounced dead at the scene at 12.24am.
"Police investigations are ongoing."
The inquest was adjourned ahead of a full hearing scheduled for December 1.
Amie, from Poole, Dorset, was attacked at around 11.45pm alongside a 38-year-old woman.

The mum died at the scene while the second victim remains in hospital with serious injuries.
Amie's wife Sian Gray and their daughter previously paid tribute to her by sprinkling rose petals in the sea.
In a tribute released by police today, she said: "Words cannot describe the pain that we feel. Amie was the most loving wife and mother.
“Her giggly laugh and big smile will be hard to be without. A larger than life character. I will miss you immensely my love. To the moon and back, forever and always."
While Amie's mum Sharon Macklin said: “As a family we are devastated to have lost one of the most amazing, funny, kind and energetic souls.
“When Amie entered a room it filled with laughter and her presence could not be ignored.
“She was beautiful inside and out and there are no words that can express how empty our lives will be without her.
“We will miss her so much and our hearts are forever broken.”
