Buckie bottles, blood-soaked T-shirts, muddy wellies and washing machines used by the actors were also among items that went under the hammer at the charity auction.
One of the top sales was a panel of steam train covered wallpaper from Renton’s bedroom which fetched an astonishing £2,200.
The bar from the Port Sunshine boozer run by Jonny Lee Miller’s character Sick Boy sold for £1,200, while his sofa went for £880.
Donald MacLeod, owner of Glasgow nightclub The Garage, bagged the boozer’s horseshoe-shaped feature.
He said: “It will be great fun to recreate Sick Boy’s bar for this year’s freshers’ week.”

Gavin Kyle, of Glasgow’s East End, spent £550 on the jail table used by Begbie — Robert Carlyle — to blast his lawyer.
He said: “I knew I had to have it. I have the perfect spot in my living room.”
Fans also spent £320 on the muck-splattered boots worn by Renton and Sick Boy in the farm scene.
The thousands raised at Glasgow’s Mulberry Bank Auctions will be split between city rehab charity Calton Athletic and Edinburgh youth charity The Junction, which has Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh as patron.
He tweeted yesterday: “Get in! Anybody fancy sha****g in Renton’s bedroom or drinking in the Port Sunshine?”
