Mischa Barton reveals horror of discovering a sex tape of her had been put on sale for £400,000 by ‘someone I loved’
The O.C. actress said she was in complete disbelief after being told about the tape by someone on the street

MISCHA Barton has revealed the devastating moment she was told by someone in the street that a secret sex tape of her had been leaked.
The O.C. actress was speaking to Dr Phil about the tape, which she claims an ex-boyfriend filmed without her consent before trying to flog it to porn giants.
In a preview for the show which will be aired on Monday, the London-born actress says she found out about the tape a few months ago from someone who came up to her outside.
She said: "Somebody came up to me on the street outside of the building leaving and said 'there's something I need to tell you' and I didn't believe it at first, I couldn't believe it.
"I had loved this person and I didn't think it was possible. I later learnt it was entirely possible."
It comes just months after the 31-year-old was hospitalised for mental evaluation after a terrifying meltdown in her garden in which she claimed her mother is a witch and the world was shattering.
Earlier this month, brave Mischa opened up about her latest ordeal of becoming a revenge porn victim, telling reporters the intimate tapes had been filmed using secret cameras.
The Daily Mail reported that the tapes have an asking price of $500,000 (£408,000), and Mischa’s lawyer Lisa Bloom said YouPorn, RedTube and Porn.com were all considering making offers.
Mischa has obtained a cease and desist order against two ex-boyfriends suspected of making and trying to sell the tapes.
Her attorney revealed she gained an emergency order against Jon Zacharias - son of Revenge of the Nerds writer Steve Zacharias - and his friend Adam Shaw, whom she briefly dated afterwards.
Speaking on Dr Phil, Mischa said: "It was obviously complete emotional blackmail, it was certainly like one of those things where it's time to distance myself from all of these people immediately.
"I had made the mistake of putting myself in that situation with the person so I just removed myself from it as quickly as I could and then it just continued to be complete emotional abuse after that for the last several months."
