But during his sentencing today, Rudakubana twice ordered to leave after repeatedly shouting over the judge.
From the dock, the killer shouted: "I feel ill, I’m not fine, I feel ill."
The court then heard he has not eaten for "a number of days".
He returned to the dock after the court rose for lunch, but was ordered to be removed for a second time as harrowing details of his attack were read out.

It comes as the court also heard he made a call to Childline in October 2019.
During the call, he asked: "What should I do if I want to kill somebody?"

Rudakubana 'produced ricin in his room'
The Southport killer produced the deadly toxin ricin in his bedroom, the court has heard.
Deanna Heer KC, prosecuting, said: "When his home was searched following his arrest, a number of weapons were recovered including the biological toxin ricin which the defendant had produced in his bedroom."
He has admitted a charge of production of a biological toxin, namely ricin.
Rudakubana carried out a 'pre-meditated, planned knife attack'
Axel Rudakubana murdered three little girls and tried to kill 10 others.
He stabbed multiple people in the back as they tried to escape.
Deanna Heer KC told Liverpool Crown Court: “Three children were killed, two of whom suffered particularly horrific injuries which are difficult to explain as anything other than sadistic in nature; and the defendant attempted to kill 10 others, inflicting a number of stab wounds upon them, including to their backs as they tried to escape.”
Proceedings are paused after Rudakubana starts shouting
The sentencing had started, but within moments it has been paused due to Rudakubana shouting from the dock.
He is heard saying: "I feel ill, I’m not fine, I feel ill.
"I need a paramedic. I need to speak to a paramedic because I feel ill.
"You're not giving me any support, judge, but I feel ill."
His defence counsel said he has not eaten for a "number of days".
The judge told him: Shouting from the dock is not going to make this happen any quicker.
“You have chosen this moment to say that, as the hearing starts.”
Rudakubana answered: “It’s not my fault. I’m in pain, judge, I dont care.”
He yelled: “Don’t continue.”
Rudakubana in the dock
Axel Rudakubana has entered the dock wearing a grey tracksuit and surgical mask.
He sat down and immediately put his head between his legs, before also refusing to respond when asked to confirm his name.
An intermediary sat in the dock next to him.
Meanwhile, more than 30 members of the victims' families are sat in the public gallery.
Further relatives are sat in an annexe.

How Southport attacker’s 12-minute atrocity unfolded
Axel Rudakubana's atrocity took just 12 minutes to unfold on a beautiful summer's morning last year.
Twenty-six excited children, all girls and aged between six and 11, happily sang and played at a Taylor Swift dance class.
Three miles away Rudakubana, who pleaded guilty on Monday to murdering three girls, was arming himself with a 20cm kitchen knife.
Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, had earlier been dropped off by loving parents at 10am.
The two-hour event was organised by instructors Leanne Lucas and Heidi Liddle at The Hart Space in Hart Street, Southport.
But despite this and contact with other state agencies, the authorities failed to stop the attack.
How Southport attacker turned from karate-loving teen in ‘quiet’ village to a cold-blooded murderer
Axel Rudakubana turned from a “quiet” schoolboy brought up in a loving Christian family with a flare for musical theatre into a cold-blooded child killer.
He’d been born in Cardiff in 2006 to doting, churchgoing parents.

They were heavily involved in the local church, and his mother was a stay-at-home parent while his dad was described as “very hardworking”.
His parents, in their 40s, were originally from Rwanda, were forced to go into hiding following the attack as far-right protesters rioted across the country.
Rudakubana, who has autism, was said to be “quiet” and “introvert” by neighbours in the small cul-de-sac where they lived.
How sickeningly easy it was for Southport killer to buy knife & poison online
Southport murderer Axel Rudakubana was able to buy knives on Amazon in seconds despite being just 17 with a history of violence.

He amassed a cache of weapons including knives, machetes and arrows, and admitted carrying a blade more than ten times.
Rudakubana ' notrushed to hospital'
It was earlier reported that Axel Rudakubana had been rushed to hospital ahead of his sentencing.
The killer was said to have "required medical attention" and taken for treatment in the early hours of this morning.
