Andrew Tate & Tristan Tate leave Romania in private jet after travel ban lifted: LIVE UPDATES

ANDREW Tate and his brother Tristan have reportedly left Romania after a travel ban imposed on them was lifted.
The duo hopped on a private jet from the country to the United States this morning, according to Romanian media.
G4media.ro reported the brothers were on a flight to Florida, citing "airport sources".
Romanian prosecutors said they had approved a request from Andrew Tate to travel outside of the country, pending the outcome of a criminal investigation.

Civil trial looms
Andrew Tate is also facing civil action In the High Court from four British women who allege that he raped and coercively controlled them.
They say they were victims of sexual violence between 2013 and 2016, before he became known as an influencer.
Three went to the police at the time, but after a four-year investigation, the Crown Prosecution Service did not bring a charge despite police telling victims that, based on the evidence, they thought this was the wrong decision.
Tate denies the allegations and threatens to pursue them for defamation. The women believe a civil case is their only option.
Millions seized from the Tate brothers
In December, British cops were allowed to seize more than £2million from the pair after the pair didn’t pay taxes.
The brothers failed to pay any tax on £21million in revenue from their online businesses — now held in seven frozen bank accounts.
Andrew said at the time: “This isn’t justice, it’s a co-ordinated attack on those who challenge the system.”
Cops are seeking their extradition to the UK for similar allegations here.
Footage in August showed armed cops storming their home through the roof after being blocked by “bulletproof doors”.
Approved request
Romanian prosecutors confirmed they had allowed the influencer to travel outside of the country with his brother, pending the outcome of a criminal investigation.
“The request to change the obligation of not leaving Romania was approved,” prosecutors said in a statement on Thursday.
“All the other obligations have been maintained, including the requirement to check in with judicial authorities
every time they are called.”

Romania’s anti-organised crime agency, DIICOT, said prosecutors approved a “request to modify the obligation preventing the defendants from leaving Romania”.
DIICOT added: “These include the requirement to appear before judicial authorities whenever summoned.
!The defendants have been warned that deliberately violating these obligations may result in judicial control being replaced with a stricter deprivation of liberty measure.”
