Labour Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls rules out Westminster return… while Ed Miliband plans to defend his seat

ED Balls has ruled out a return to Westminster, sources claimed last night.
The Strictly star is understood to have decided against a comeback despite a clamour for the Shadow Chancellor to save Labour.
Campaigners had sparked frenzied speculation yesterday by calling for supporters to go to his old constituency of Morley & Outwood for a surprise rally.
But it turned out the only Labour bigwig heading to Yorkshire was national election campaigns co-ordinator Andrew Gwynne.
At the time he said he had no idea whether Ed Balls – who won the support of millions during his Strictly Come Dancing appearance – would return for the upcoming Election.

Tory backbencher Andrea Jenkyns caused the upset of the 2015 Election when she defeated Mr Balls by just 422 votes two years ago.
Ms Jenkyns, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, has confirmed she will defend the seat.
Separately yesterday Ed Miliband said he WOULD be standing in Doncaster on June 8th.
But David Miliband was also said to have decided against travelling back across the Atlantic to stand.
