Girl, 14, mauled to death by lion after being snatched from ranch as rangers make grim find by following bloodstains

A TEENAGE girl has been mauled to death by a lion who snatched her from a ranch.
The 14-year-old's body was found by park rangers after they followed a bloodstained trail across a national park in Nairobi.
A lioness is said to have found the child from a residential compound on a ranch next to Nairobi National Park, according to conservation agency Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS).
Another teenager raised the alarm to KWS rangers shortly after the girl was ruthlessly attacked.
Officials then followed tracks to the Mbagathi River where they mae the grim discovery of the girl's remains.
The lion is still on the loose with rangers setting out traps to try and catch it.
