Brit man arrested after Scottish woman plunged 100ft to her death from Benidorm balcony on hen do insists he did nothing wrong
Joseph Graham, 32, has flown back home after being quizzed by cops over death of Kirsty Maxwell

THE Brit held over the death fall of a hen party reveller insists he is innocent.
Joseph Graham, 32, is back home after being bailed by Spanish cops.
Kirsty Maxwell, 27, fell from the tenth-floor balcony of a Benidorm apartment following a boozy night out.
Mr Graham, an account manager from Nottingham, said in a statement: “I have been advised by my lawyer that despite me not being charged with any wrongdoing, the investigation into this tragic accident is still ongoing.
“I am unable to say anything at this time other than that I am innocent of any wrongdoing.”
He told police that he let Kirsty into the apartment as he partied with four pals on a birthday trip.
Mr Graham, who has been labelled an “investigado” meaning under investigation, is said to have admitted he and his friends had been drinking and taking drugs.
He also admitted he had been arrested in the UK over a sex offence allegation which never went to court.

It is thought Kirsty, from Livingston, West Lothian, may have wandered into the men’s apartment by mistake.
She landed 3ft from the pool at the Apartamentos Payma at 8am on Saturday.
Cops are probing whether she fell accidentally or was pushed.
One theory is she tried to leap 100ft into the water.
Others are she was thrown towards the pool in a drunken prank or had been sleepwalking.
Mr Graham told police Kirsty was acting “mad, drunk or drugged” and that he had done nothing wrong.
Cops said there was no evidence of foul play or of her having taken drugs.
Kirsty’s family have hired a private lawyer.
Mr Graham’s lawyer, Roberto Sanchez, said: “I firmly believe in his innocence.”
