THIS is the moment a suspected shoplifter chucked a crate of beer at a security guard's face in Tesco before being tackled to the ground.
The man could be seen throwing punches before lobbing what appears to be a 12x crate of Madri beer at the guard.
Resurfaced video showing the rampage was filmed at Fratton Tesco Extra in Portsmouth.
He can be seen taking multiple swings at the security guard, who then backs away.
Shoppers and staff watch on as the wild scenes unfolded.
After the man hurls the hefty crate of drink, one customer comes out of nowhere and tackles him to the ground.

Seemingly having had enough, the shopper steps in and pins the smaller man to the ground.
He can be seen holding the pest down with his hands on his neck as staff gathered around.
"Stay f****** down, there's kids in here mate," the man can be heard shouting.
The smaller man can be heard pleading "get me out, get me out, get me out".

The man on the rampage manages to find enough strength to get up and walk away, just as the security guard tries to kick his feet out from underneath him.
The video then ends with the man walking off towards the front of the store to collect his jacket.
Hampshire Police attended after being called at 6.03 pm in December 2023.
A spokesperson said: "We were called at 6.03pm on Thursday 28 December 2023 to a report of an assault on a member of security staff at the Tesco store in Fratton Way, Portsmouth.
"A 29-year-old man from Havant was arrested in connection with the incident.
"Following a thorough investigation, and the victim not supporting the prosecution, the arrested man was released without charge."
Tesco was understood to be assisting police with their enquiries.
