Michael Buble opens up about his son Noah’s cancer battle in heartbreaking first speech since the tot, 3, was diagnosed

MICHAEL Bublé has opened up about his family's "emotional and difficult time" in his first public appearance since his three-year-old son Noah was diagnosed with cancer.
The Canadian crooner, 41, said "sometimes 'I love you' isn't enough" as he thanked those who have supported them through the ordeal.
Bublé and his actress wife Luisana Lopilato cancelled all work last November after little Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer.
Since then he has shunned the limelight and posted only two updates on Facebook about his son's condition - said to be improving after chemotherapy in the US.
The singer, also dad to one-year-old Elias, spoke about the family's turmoil as he was honoured with a performing arts award in Ottawa.
He appeared emotional as he said: "My entire life has been inspired by how my family has made me feel.
"My wife, my children, my parents my sisters, my manager Bruce Allen, who are all here tonight.
"There are no words to describe how I feel about you.
"Sometimes 'I love you' just isn't enough because what I feel is just so much more."

He also thanked all Canadians for their support.
He said: "I stand here truly humbled that I have been allowed to be one of your musical representatives and that you would choose to bestow this honour upon me during what has been an emotional and difficult time for my family.
"I thank you for the love and support that you've given me and for the pride I'm filled with every single time I'm able to stand on a stage and say, my name is Michael Steven Buble and I am Canadian."
Michael and Luisana are said to have begun working again as Noah's cancer treatment is going well.
In April Bublé said in a statement: “We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy.
“He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage.
"We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.”
Luisana also told reporters in her native Buenos Aires her prayers for a miracle had been answered.
She said in April: “Thank God, my son is well.
“We are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow.
“When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes. Now I value life much more.”
The singer pulled out of hosting February's Brit awards following the shock diagnosis.
He also cancelled all his planned gigs to focus on his son's treatment in the US.
Michael and Luisana’s families organised a mass get-together over Christmas so they could spend time with Noah in Los Angeles instead of the singer’s mansion in Vancouver where they normally meet up for the festive season.
