Jeremy Corybn left red-faced after forgetting England and Scotland have separate legal systems
The Labour leader made the mistake in a Q and A session in Scotland

JEREMY Corbyn was left red faced after claiming it would be impossible for Scotland to have a separate legal system to England - when they already do.
The hapless Labour chief gaffed on a visit north of the border while being grilled on why he does not support further powers being given to Scotland.
Asked why not during a Q and A in the Scottish capital, Mr Corbyn said: “Could you have a separate economic and legal system in different parts of the UK? I think that becomes difficult and very problematic.”
But last night the SNP branded the veteran lefty “clearly ill informed” as Scotland has had a separate justice system for centuries.
MP and Scots QC Johanna Cherry added: “Odd that Corbyn thinks it “difficult and problematic” for Scotland to have a separate legal system given that we already have one.”
She said the fact he did not know this was “embarrassing and worrying”.
