Cops quiz man, 60, after mum killed by hit-and-run driver
Dorset Police arrested the man on Saturday on suspicion of perverting the court of justice
COPS were last night quizzing a man aged 60 over a hit-and-run in which a mum was killed.
Erika Prisacaru, 39, was struck by a black Audi A3 last month after it mounted the pavement, but the driver sped off.
She later died in hospital, leaving behind six-year-old son Andrei.
Relatives of Erika, from Dorchester, Dorset, said: “Our lives are destroyed and we feel empty and without hope.”

Last week a woman, 47, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and perverting the course of justice.
She was released while police inquiries continue.
